- Scraping, bulk exporting, or copying records unless authorized for club operations.
Messaging Rules
WhatsApp messages must be sent only to members who should receive the communication, using approved templates, accurate variables, and appropriate timing.
Incident Reporting
Users should promptly report suspected account compromise, incorrect records, unauthorized access, or inappropriate platform use to the administrator.
Enforcement
Violations may result in message blocking, record correction, access removal, disciplinary review, or other appropriate action.
